My Experience with the product

I ordered this product from Amazon.When i tried opening the lid it was extremely tight.I tried every method in order to open it but it was'nt ready to open.At last,my father had to cut the lid in order to open the product.

I shared this incident with team Greenberry Organics and they did take this into consideration.

First things first,the best part about this mud ash face care is it's fragrance. I am currently in love with the fragrance,which is quite strong but really soothes my senses (I love the fragrance of all of their products).

I used this product in all 3 ways

While using this product as a daily cleanser,i massage it gently on my skin for half a minute or so and then rinse it with normal tap water.This products foams up quite well and leaves my skin quite soft.

Because i have extremely dry skin,the flakiness and dry patches on my skin remain as it is after using it and i need to apply quite a good layer of moisturizer after using this product.

While using it as a scrub i massage it gently focussing more on the blackheads on my nose and chin area. If you have stubborn blackheads they might not be removed in a single use.
It does cleanse your skin really well.

Because my skin is very dry, i do not use it more than once a week.

Now comes my favourite way of using this product

As a Mask 

When using this product as a mask, i leave it on my skin for around 3 minutes (don't leave it on for more than 3 minutes) avoiding the eye and mouth area and then rinse it with normal tap water.

It really leaves my skin clean and fresh.

Kaolin Clay plays a vital role and sucks out all the impurities from your skin.

I use it as a mask once in 15 days.

Does it help get rid of acne and scars?

Honestly,it does reduce acne to a certain extent but it did not work for the scars on my face.

Is it good for Dry skin ?

If you have little bit of dryness then you might need a good moisturizer in order to cover up those dry spots but if you have extremely dry skin like mine then this product might not turn out to be helpful.

Does it lead to any sort of skin irritation?

No! It did'nt lead to any sort of irritation.

Final Verdict

Quite an amazing product for oily to normal skin types

Quite effective when used as a mask

contains charcoal that does sucks out impurities from the skin

Does not Irritate the skin

Cons

A bit expensive when compared to other products.

Vizigly+ Transparent Bathing Bar-Ethicare Remedies Review

Today,i am going to review the Vizigly+Transparent Bathing bar from Ethicare Remedies (Check out their website and products here .

I am someone who loves using transparent Glycerin bars because of the way they look,smell and also because of the way they cleanse your skin-very gently without making it dry.

Because my face is extremely dry and sensitive i don't use soaps on my face and that's why i didn't use this soap on my face as well. I used it on my body and today i am going to share my experience with this product :)

My Experience with the product

I love using glycerin based soaps because they are a lot more mild and gentle on your body unlike many other soaps that contain harsh chemicals that lead to skin problems.

This soap has a good concentration of wheat Germ oil, Aloe vera,Almond oil all of which are well known due to their amazing skin benefits. Wheat germ oil not only moisturises the skin but also helps in healing dry and cracked skin. 

Almond oil and aloe vera help nourish your skin. 

This soap is a transparent bar and is orangish yellow in colour.

It is a leaf shaped soap. This soap lathers pretty well and is quite easy to rinse .

My favourite part about this product is the way it smells.

It has a very pleasant smell that i love.

This soap is free of chemicals and is very gentle on your skin. 

As i have normal skin (apart from my face which is extremely dry these days) i love the way this soap cleanses my skin without drying it out.

Final Take on this product

Cleanses very well

Moisturises and nourishes my skin

Gentle on skin

Cons

Avon Metallic Nail Enamel review-Jade Reflection

Hey guys ! 

I recently tried my hands on the metallic nail enamel-Jade Reflection from Avon and thought of sharing my views on it.

The metallic Range from Avon consists of 5 different shades (that you can check out and buy online).I bought the shade Jade Reflection which is a beautiful metallic green color with a golden touch to it.

Description

Highly Reflective Formula provides a metallic finish that resists chipping.

Warning ;Flammable 

Shake well before use.Apply 2-3 even coats,dry thoroughly between coats.Close cap tightly.

Review

This shade is a beautiful Metallic green shade with a touch of gold.

This shade has become my absolute favourite.

It gives your nails an amazing metallic finish that looks really beautiful .

This particular shade would compliment all skin tones.

Quality of this product is up to the mark.

The shade is extremely pigmented and would show up on your nails in a single coat but you need to apply 2 coats to get absolutely opaque finish.

The shade starts to fade from the tip of your nails after 3 days and it does start to chip after 5-6 days (which happens with almost every nail

paint) 

My Rating 

4/5

Price is a bit more as compared to the quantity but the shade and pigmentation of this nail paint makes up for that .

Will I repurchase this product again ?

Yes ! I would love to go ahead and try all other shades from this range as the other shades look equally tempting.

Packaging

I am a huge fan of the way the brand packages their products. The packaging looks quite luxurious.

The product comes in a cardboard style outer packaging with all the important information written on all 4 sides. 

The actual product comes in a transparent tub with a golden lid. It has a protection lid inside it as well.

The important information is printed all over it as well (which is indeed helpful in case you end up throwing the outer carton )

Description of the product

Obtained from rich coffee,green tea and sea salt ,this scrub contains many natural cleansers.A perfect combination of these ingredients is ideal for cellulite reduction besides removal of acne,pigmentation and extremely tanned skin.The ingredients of the scrub are best for the results that produce an unblemished skin.

Directions For Use 

Wet Face or body with lukewarm water. Massage a small amount of scrub gently  for 1-2 minutes and rinse well. Apply once a week for greater results.

Fragrance 

The smell is very similar to that of coffee.So coffee lovers are gonna love it .

My Take on the product 

First of all i would like to talk about my skin type which is quite dry,a bit sensitive and prone to acne.I have used many scrubs till date and have found some of them to be quite good in terms of exfoliation and removal of blackheads but none of them has been so beneficial in terms of "Hydration".This scrub not only cleanses and exfoliates your skin but also makes it quite soft,supple and hydrated.complete credit goes to the presence of olive and coconut oil.

I have been using this scrub for over a month now and i have been loving this product for the hydrating feel it provides to my skin post-removal. I use this scrub as directed and scrub it very gently on my face avoiding the eye and my upper lip area .I scrub it for around 2 minutes and then wash it off with water.

The scrubbing granules are a bit more on the coarser side which enables you to properly scrub away those stubborn blackheads.You need only a coin sized amount of this product and you will end up having clean,clear and hydrated skin.

Texture

The product is quite coarse which enables you to scrub properly. Though i suggest you to be very gentle on your skin while using this product (and all other scrubs for that matter) if you have quite sensitive skin.

Does it lead to Breakouts?

No ! This product does not lead to breakouts rather it helps you in getting rid of them. The presence of white and green tea helps in getting rid of acne and pimples.You would be able to see a difference after a few uses :)

Particles are quite coarse if you have sensitive skin (all other skin types would really like this product)

Comes in a Cylindrical shape transparent bottle with a screw cap and all the information and graphics printed on it .

This product is very travel friendly and there is absolutely no chance of it getting leaked (until and unless you tighten it properly ! haha  )

As the bottle is transparent you can always get to know about the amount of product left .But just in case you are not  able to make out how much quantity of the product is left you can always open the screw cap and peep inside the bottle .(Isn't that cool ! why ?? because you can't really open the cap of every lotion bottle )

My Experience
I have been using this product for more than 2 weeks now and i really liked this product.
The name of this product says it all - Cocoa Butter ! It really hydrates and moisturizes my skin quite well .
Cocoa Butter which is the main Ingredient in this product has a number of skin Benefits
1) Prevents Skin Dryness
2)Heals Chapped Lips
3)Soothes Burns,rashes and infections
4) Heals Chapped Lips
5) Makes a great shaving cream :)

The consistency of this product is perfect , not too thick and not too liquidy which makes it really easy to blend the product. The product is white in color and has a smooth buttery texture.

This product is quite light,so once blended you won't be able to feel any greasiness which i quite like.
I really hate those greasy lotions.
This product has an amazing refreshing and energising fragrance of jasmine that instantly soothes my senses
 ( Some people may find this fragrance to be overpowering and strong)

I usually apply this product on my hands and arms the most and it does a very nice job . Provides instant hydration and the fragrance is the best thing ever .
I apply the same product at night on my feet and it does heals them .
The presence of Olive oil in this product makes sure to heal your skin from within.Orange Extracts help in getting clear skin.

It transforms my rough skin into soft and supple skin in a go .

As you can see my skin looks quite healthy after applying this product .


The only thing i did'nt like is that it does not provide glow to your skin ( which i particularly love in cocoa butter/ lotions)  but that is just my perspective because not everyone is looking for that part !

This lotion is definitely a complete skin care package and i love it (especially the fragrance )

1) Mint Mystique Body Polish

Direction:- Moisten skin , massage gently with fingertips in circular motion. Wash off with clear water.

My Experience
For me "this is Magic in a jar "

I am completely in love with this particular product from their range.
It is sea green in color with sugar particles in it .
Texture wise it is quite coarse and ensures that your dead skin cells are removed properly.
I use it on my body twice a week and it takes away all of the dead and dry skin cells and leaves my skin soft and smooth. 
The fragrance of mint is quite refreshing .

If you are following me on instagram then you would definitely know how much i love this particular product..
Whenever my hands feel dull and dry this jar comes to my rescue.

2) Floral Finesse
Jasmine, Marigold & Green tea leaves

It comes in a beautiful test tube sort of a packaging which looks super cool.

I have tried green tea's before but none of them was so refreshing.
This tea is my current favourite .
We all know how helpful green tea is for our bodies.

It has a very floral fragrance and having a cup of this makes my day even better.


3) Lychee Honey
 Price Rupees 125
 We are already aware of the benefits of honey but Lychee Honey was a totally new concept for me .

 Lychee fruit is packed with a lot of health benefits and nutrients,vitamins and minerals and honey prevents cancer,heart diseases,is anti-bacterial and anti-fungal,treats ulcers,heals wounds and burns and also helps in weight-loss.

Honey is a very healthy alternative for sugar.
I usually have this honey in the morning . I mix 1 tablespoon of this honey in a glass of warm water and have it.
I also used it in my facepack once!

This honey looks similar to the regular honey but according to me it has a stronger fragrance than regular honey (that is just what i felt) !


4) Peppermint Bath Soak

The bath soak comes in a test tube sort of a packaging and looks super cute . 

Description
If you are feeling that your body is due for a little relaxing and resetting , a peppermint bath soak is what you need .

Dipping into a peppermint bath is a good way to cleanse your body , rest your mind and glue and extra support to several of the body's systems.

Directions
Stir the soak into the water and circulate well,till the fragrances are released.

My Experience
This bath soak has a very refreshing fragrance,much more refreshing than the mint mistique body polish and i quite love it .

As directed i stir a little amount of it into my water until the fragrances are released . I am not a very big fan of this product but it does a quite decent job. 

The fragrance and packaging of this product is something that i really like.

5)The Sweet Treat Raw Honey Soap Bar 
  Price Rupees 300 
  I have not used this product yet but i will definitely review it as soon as i use it .
